Trails Open to Jeeps - May 27-29 (Closed for Hiking)
Monday, 03 April 2017
Trails open to Jeep (Weather Permitting) Closed for hiking May 27 & 28, 2017
- 9 AM- 7 PM ($30/jeep/day or $20/jeep/day for overnight guests) May 29, 2017
- 9 AM - 3 PM (Must be registered by Noon) ($15/jeep)
The trails are normally our hiking trails but we open them up to jeeps on
designated weekends, depending on what we have scheduled on the camp, etc.
We always post on Facebook (www.facebook.com/brokenarrowwilderness) if we
open the trails for jeeping so please like our page to stay updated with our
latest events. There's no hiking on the weekends we offer jeeping and no
jeeping unless it's a designated jeep weekend. They are dirt trails along a
tree covered bluff. We have a range of difficulty levels from easy to very
hard (steep!) We also have an obstacle area to climb tires, etc. It's not
necessarily just for jeeps.. just needs to be a 4wd, short wheel based
(measurements of short wheel base: 110" or less long and 62" center to
center wide) vehicle that is INSURED! We must see proof of insurance or you
will not be allowed on the trails. So make sure you have your current (not
expired) insurance card with you when you come to office to register. You
must register before going on the trails. Side by sides (mules, etc) are
allowed but must be insured. No ATVs or Motorcycles. Please call ahead to
check trail conditions because if we get a lot of rain the trails could be
too muddy.

Call or email for camping, cottage or cabin reservations.
